Couldn’t recommend Better Way Garage Doors enough! They are knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly hardworking. Our garage doors needed quite a bit of work, and they came out over a couple of days and even stayed late to make sure everything got done right. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. Justin was easy to work with and came out and assessed our garage door. Initially I thought I just maybe needed new rollers and springs. They tuned the door, replaced all the corroded parts. Awesome company! Punctual, transparent and skilled. Justin helped us out when our garage door was damaged, he was able to come out that same morning and get a temporary fix in so the door was operational. He was able to order custom panels to match our original door and install when the panels arrived. He was honest and transparent with all potential options and pricing, and he made communication easy as I was away from home working as the work was completed. Justin gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and talk about pricing, giving me options for “good, better and best.” It was never high pressure. I was impressed also by the well-stocked truck. Not knowing ahead of time what I needed when I called to set up a service call, everything Justin needed to repair, adjust and maintain my doors were with him when he arrived at my house. Travis and Justin were fantastic to work with. The spring on our garage door broke and Travis was able to come out immediately that day and help open our garage so that we can get our cars out for the weekend. Then Justin was able to come and do a full repair the same day after reviewing what needed to be done.
